Top-seeded Olga Govortsova strains for a shot in her second-round loss to Emina Bektas during play on Thursday at the Rome Tennis Center. Bektas will meet Katherine Sebo of Canada in the quarterfinals on Friday. The pro-level tournament will continue play through the weekend. The final is scheduled for play Sunday at 11 a.m.
