A Rome man remained in jail on a $5,700 bond Wednesday morning after police say he threatened to kill a woman.
According to Floyd County Jail reports/warrants:
Anthony Brian Hicks, 39, told a woman he would beat her up and kill her back on July 9, then ran from a police officer.
Hicks was arrested on E. 19th Street Tuesday, charged with felony terroristic threats and acts, as well as misdemeanor willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
