A Lindale woman remained in jail on a $10,100 bond Thursday morning charged with felony theft by deception and identity fraud.
According to Floyd County Jail reports and warrants:
Staci Marie Robinson, 27, took a $1,500 rent deposit from someone on Maple Road in Lindale in mid-July for a property she never intended to rent them.
Robinson was arrested on a felony warrant on South McLin Street Wednesday.
