A Rome man remained in jail on a $7,900 bond Thursday morning, charged with felony first degree burglary.
According to Floyd County Jail reports and warrants:
Michael Todd Ingram, 52, went into a neighbor's home on Canard Road several times between late-October and late-December and stole law equipment, a checkbook, a pill bottle, a credit card and other personal information.
Ingram was arrested a his Canard Road home on a felony warrant Wednesday.
