A Rome man wanted in Alabama remained in jail Thursday morning, accused of having a meth pipe during arrest, according to reports.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Jay Farrell Jones, 36, was arrested at a home on Simon Drive Wednesday afternoon after a meth pipe was found under his bed. Jones had an active warrant out of Alabama.
He is charged with felony fugitive from justice and a probation violation, as well as misdemeanor possession of a drug related object.
