A Floyd County man remained in jail early Thursday on a felony meth possession charge after a traffic stop on Park Avenue, reports stated.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
Andre Dwayne Evans, 37, was stopped by police just after 7 p.m. on Wednesday near the intersection of Park Avenue and South First Street in Lindale. In addition to the drug accusation, Evans faces a misdemeanor driving on a suspended or revoked license charge.
He remained in jail on $5,700 bond.
