A Silver Creek man is facing several felony charges after jail officials say he caused damage at the jail.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Toby Keith Johnson, 25, while an inmate at the jail, damaged a sprinkler inside a cell, flooding the entire block Monday afternoon.
Johnson -- initially arrested in August on charges including aggravated assault and false imprisonment -- remained in jail Wednesday without bond.
He's facing new charges of felony interference with government property, second degree criminal damage to property and unlawful acts of violence in a penal institution.
