Phyllis Rucker (left) and Janet Byington pull some holiday lights across a bush in the parking lot of State Mutual Stadium Saturday. The stadium will host Rome's Drive-By Christmas parade Tuesday night Dec. 1, between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Traffic will flow around the floats which will remain static in the west parking lot of the stadium with Santa Claus near the exit back onto Braves Boulevard near the Lumina Coffee shop.
