Mr. and Mrs. Damiel Cordle

Sara Gillianne and Damien Cordle were married at 5 p.m. March 12, 2016 at First United Methodist Church in Pensacola, Florida.

The bride is the daughter of Pam Motley of Pensacola, Florida and Fidel Frederico Domulot of Pensacola, Florida. She is the granddaughter of Sue King Johnson of Pensacola, Florida.

The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mitch Cordle of Rome. He is the grandson of Mrs. Tommie Cannon of Rome, the late Tommie Cannon and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joel Ed Cordle.

The Rev. Scott Grandland of Pensacola, Florida performed the double-ring ceremony.

A program of wedding music included Prelude, “Symphony a la Carte,” “Air” from Water Music by Handel, the bride’s procession “Bridal Chorus,” “Joyful, Joyful Love Adore Thee,” and the celebration of communion with the wedding guests and served by the bridal attendants to “Oh Perfect Love” followed by “The Lord’s Prayer,” the recessional “Wedding March” by Mendelssohn” and “Oh Happy Day.”

Lady of Honor was Leia Triplett of Pensacola, Florida. The Man of Honor was Ramsey C. Coates of Pensacola, Florida. Bridesmaids were Rachel Cordle of Canton, Perryn McLeod, Alecia Quick and Heather Fitzgerald, all of Pensacola, Florida.

Junior bridesmaid was Madison Cordle of Tallahassee, Florida. The flower girls were Norah Laine Cordle, niece of the groom of Canton and Sofie Doumlot of Pensacola, Florida.

The ringbearers were Lleyton Thomas Cordle, nephew of the groom of Canton, Danny McLeod and Duncan McLeod, both of Pensacola, Florida. The reader for the ceremony was Staci Graham.

The bride, given in marriage by her sons Jason E. Hale II and Alex Brayden Hale, wore a formal white beaded wedding gown with cathedral wedding veil and elbow-length tulle veil. The bride wore the groom’s mother’s opal cluster ring for something burrowed.

Dusty Cordle, brother of the groom, of Canton, as the best man. Groomsmen were Liko Crump of Pensacola, Florida, Joel Michael Cordle II of Atlanta, Caleb Hayden of Birmingham, Alabama, Josh Millican of Rome, Chuck Youngblood of Rome, Wesley Roddick of Atlanta and Robert Valiente of Atlanta.

Following the ceremony, a formal dinner and dancing were held at the Pensacola Country Club.

Following a wedding trip to Thailand, the couple will reside in Atlanta.
