The Animal Rescue Foundation of Rome/Floyd will hold its annual SPAYghetti dinner fundraiser from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18 at the Rome Senior Center on Riverside Parkway. Starting March 7, NAMI Rome is offering an 8-session course on ways to help friends and family members who are living with a mental illness.
