Two Darlington seniors were awarded merit scholarships.
Axel Funk has earned a $48,000 International Freshman Merit Scholarship from the University of Tampa. He is the son of Debbie and Heinrich Funk of St. James, Barbados.
Jakub Zelenak has earned a $110,000 Merit Scholarship from Jacksonville University. He is the son of Mandi and Michal Zelenak of Rome.
