Yet another supply chain issue has hit Catoosa County. Jeremy Bryson, director of the Catoosa County Department of Transportation, told commissioners at their Oct. 18 meeting that Wade Ford Inc. notified him that the company would be unable to fulfill the county’s request for two F150 extended cab (or similar) trucks that had been ordered for storm water management.

Wade Ford said no 2022 models would be available and they could not honor the price for 2023 models. Bryson recommended cancelling the bids the county had accepted and returning to the drawing board on how to secure the vehicles needed.
