Alvarez-Pena, Mirna Jeannette, 51, of 723 Hall Station Road, Calhoun, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with aggravated assault — fva, battery — family violence (first offense) — misdemeanor, disorderly conduct.

Capistran, Fabian, 22, of 201 Lark Spur Drive, Calhoun, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, reckless driving.

Emge, Patrick Larence, 23, of 519 Peters St., Calhoun, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with battery — family violence (first offense) — misdemeanor, cruelty to children (third degree).

Fain, Austin Tyler, 27, of 131 Dean Road NW, Resaca, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with simple battery — family violence.

Johnson, Ronald Lorenzo, 41, of 19 Black’s Bluff Road SW, Rome, was arrested by the Calhoun Police Department and charged with drugs not in original container — misdemeanor, maximum limits, possession of a Schedule I or II controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Majors, Bryan Neal, 18, of 1308 Newtown Church Road, Calhoun, was arrested by the Calhoun Police Department and charged with DUI — drugs, obstruction and reckless driving.

Young, Justin Michael, 33, of 135 Russell Hill Road NW, Sugar Valley, was arrested by the PRO and charged with parole violation.

Eubanks Jr., Wiliam Leon, 40, of 107 Farmington Drive, Calhoun, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with possession and use of drug related objects — Schedule IV and three counts of manufacture/sell/ dispense/distribute.

Goth-Jantz, Hallah Gail, 20, of 550 Bear Mountain Road, Ranger, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with manufacture/sell/ dispense/distribute.

Grant, Angelia Hudgins, 46, of 113 Carter St., Calhoun, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with identity theft and four counts identity theft/identity fraud.

Marshall, Desmond Jamal, 21, of 100 McConnell Road Apt. 25B, Calhoun, was arrested by the Calhoun Police Department and charged with criminal damage to property — second degree.

Sills, Carter Dudley, 60, of 150 Long Pointe Road, Calhoun, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with two counts aggravated assault, four counts cruelty to children — first degree, cruelty to children — first degree (fav), two counts pointing or aiming a gun or pistol at another.

Caine, William Charles, 23, of 41 Cranbrooke Way, Dallas, Georgia, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with improper turn, possession of a controlled substance (THC).

Daniel, Tony Lemoyne, 60, of 148 Kinman Road SW, Calhoun, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with financial exploitation of disabled adults and elder adults, printing/executing/negotiating checks or drafts.

Freeman, James William, 25, of 160 MLK Drive Lot 65, Adairsville, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with battery (FVA), two counts cruelty to children — third degree, simple battery (FVA).

Gomez, Juan Vasquez, 42, of 155 Shurley St., Rock Hill, South Carolina, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving within a gorge or median, failure to maintain lane, following too closely.

Hood, Craig Allen, 31, of 2800 Esquire Circle, Kennesaw, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain lane, failure to use correct signal, possession of a controlled substance (THC).

Ray, Derik Lee, 26, of 308 B. Daisy St., Resaca, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with disorderly conduct (county ordinance), probation violation o/c: sexual battery.
