Dec. 22

Bell, Maavia R., 21, of 3074 Ace Wintermeyer Drive, La Verge, Tennessee, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and held for the Atlanta Police Department.

Dec. 23

Rutledge, Bronwyn Deryl, 62, of 200 Hillhouse Drive, Calhoun, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with sale of methamphetamine (X2).

Sierra Guillermo, 28, of 461 Jolly Road Apartment 1, Calhoun, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with public safety warrant DUI, FTML, hit and run, failure to report accident.

Dec. 24

Casey, Holly Kathleen, 32, of 381 Baker Road Apartment 2, Calhoun, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with burglary — second degree (felony), possession of a controlled substance — Schedule IV and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.

Dec. 25

Clubbs, Tammy Van Bertha, 50, of 200 S. Line St. Apartment 117, Calhoun, was arrested by the Calhoun Police Department and charged with battery, battery — FVA (first offense) — misdemeanor, criminal trespass.

Dec. 26

Camp Jr., Marshall Kenneth, 48, of 333 Knight Road, Ranger, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with pedestrian under the influence, possession of drug-related objects, possession of methamphetamine.

Eubanks, William Leon Jr., 40, of 107 Farmington Drive, Calhoun, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with contempt of superior court.

McGuire, Steven Scott, 42, of 138 Upper Tate Bend Road, Calhoun, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with marijuana — possession of less than one ounce, maximum limits 90 in a 70-mph zone, open container, simple battery.

Nicholson, Christopher Earl, 28, homeless, Calhoun, was arrested by the Calhoun Police Department and housed for the Fairmount Police Department for a bench warrant o/c — speeding, no insurance. He was also charged with obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers, theft by shoplifting.

Williams, Jaylon Montreal Alexande, 25, of 640 Martin Luther King Drive, Calhoun, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with battery against a pregnant female.

Talley, Christa Lee, 45, of 607 School St., Plainville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with marijuana — possession of less than one ounce.

Dec. 27

Clark, Mary Lee, 28, of 7332 Hawkinsville Road, Macon, Georgia, was arrested by the Calhoun Police Department and charged with criminal trespass FVA and disorderly conduct.

Eason, Dalton Chase, 22, of 324 Whispering Wind Lane, Ellijay, Georgia, was arrested by the Calhoun Police Department and charged with giving false name and date of birth, possession of firearm by convicted felon, possession of methamphetamine, possession of Schedule I drug, shoplifting.

Hibberts, J.R., 42, of 145 Lacy St., Fairmount, was arrested by the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office and charged with probation violation o/c — suspended license, violation of bond.

Rider-Green Jenny Lyn, 27, of 75 Lakeside Park Drive, Ellijay, Georgia, was arrested by the Calhoun Police Department and charged with obstruction and shoplifting.

Walker, Dyamond Patrice, 24, of 2745 Rottingdean Drive, Apartment F, St. Louis, Missouri, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while license suspended, failure to maintain lane, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer — felony maximum limits 96 in a 70-mph zone, no seat belt, open container, reckless driving.

Graham, Sarah T., 23, of 192 Forrest Hill Circle, Calhoun, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic, DUI — driving under the influence of alcohol.
