Gordon County Tax Commissioner Scott Clements would like to remind Gordon County homeowners that April 1, 2023 is the deadline to sign up to receive the Homestead Exemption for the 2023 tax year.

If you are already receiving the exemption you need not do anything. A basic S-1 homestead exemption is available to qualified applicants and Gordon County offers for different local exemptions to those 65 and older.
