A Cartersville woman was arrested at the intersection of Bells Ferry Road and Calhoun Road late Sunday night with a quantity of meth and scales inside her vehicle.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Courtney Jelisa Johnson, 27, of 5 Katharine Way, Cartersville, was stopped by Floyd County Police around 11 p.m. Sunday night and determined to have been driving on a suspended license.
Officers later recovered a quantity of suspected meth and the scales in the vehicle.
Johnson was charged with felonies for possession of meth and possession of meth with the intent to distribute and misdemeanors for possession of drug related objects, driving on a suspended license and a probation violation.
Johnson was being held in the Floyd County jail Monday night without bond.
