A homeless woman was in jail without bond Thursday morning after being accused of violating a temporary protective order by going to a Lyons Drive home to see her children, who are in the custody of the Division of Family and Children Services.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Brittany Nichole Matthews, 30, was arrested around 12:10 a.m. Thursday. She went to the home just before Midnight on Monday.
She is charged with felony aggravated stalking.
