A Rome woman was arrested early Thursday morning after being accused of going to another woman’s workplace on several occasions, violating a temporary protective order.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Jill Marie Brown, 33, of 361 Wilshire Road, is charged with felony aggravated stalking. According to a warrant for Brown’s arrest, the victim told police she believed Brown’s actions were done to harass and intimidate her.
On at least one occasion on July 5, Brown went to Michaels at 1432 Turner McCall Blvd. while the woman was at work, and on several other times that day went there while the woman wasn’t there, the warrant states.
Brown was released from jail just before noon Thursday on a $10,000 bond.
