Floyd County Sheriff’s deputies arrested two individuals on multiple charges after an investigation at a residence on Cross Creek Drive.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Savanah Sueanne Kessler, 21, of 11 Don Drive, and Shannon Marie Hampton, 33, of 31 The Trail, were taken into custody Thursday night at a location on Cross Creek Drive after deputies found a quantity of methamphetamine inside the residence and evidence that a quantity of marijuana and a broken glass object had been dumped in the toilet of the home.
A marijuana cigarette was found on a living room table and several glass smoking devices were also found in the home.
Both Hampton and Kessler were charged with felonies for possession of methamphetamine and tampering with evidence. They were also cited with misdemeanors for possession of drug related objects and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
Hampton and Kessler were being held in the Floyd County Jail Friday morning without bond.
