A 17-year-old Lindale teen is charged with felony aggravated stalking after he reportedly violated a court order to stay away from a woman, reports stated.
According to Floyd County Jail reports: Jamie Lee Miller, of 203 Park Ave., is accused of attempting to contact a woman he had been ordered to stay away from.
The woman was attending school at the Floyd County Schools College and Career Academy on Monday and Miller attempted to get another student to pass a note to her. The note was turned in to a school administrator. In another incident on the same day Miller had to be physically restrained from assaulting another male student who was sitting next to the woman.
He was being held without bond Wednesday night.
