A Rome woman already in jail on methamphetamine charges now faces additional felony counts of financial transaction card fraud, reports stated.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Melissa Rene Luke, 38, of 800 N. Fifth Ave., was arrested on Jan. 26 on felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanors for driving under the influence, improper lane change and possession of drug related objects. Police filed the additional fraud charges on Wednesday.
Warrants for her arrest state she took the card of another person and withdrew money from an ATM on at least two occasions.
Luke remained in the Floyd County Jail without bond Wednesday.
