A Rome man faces multiple charges after allegedly holding a woman against her will Thursday.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Nicholas Adam Brown, 24, of 3184 Rockmart Road, was arrested at his residence by Floyd County police after he confined a woman to his home against her will and damaged the home. The damages were valued at more than $500.
Police say the incident occurred between 11 a.m. and noon Thursday, all of it in front of a three-month-old child.
Brown is charged with felonies false imprisonment, criminal damage to property and misdemeanor cruelty to children.
He was in jail without bond Thursday night.
