A Rome man accused of threatening another Rome man while brandishing a pistol was released from jail on $7,900 bond Saturday.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Charles Wyatt Darden, 24, of 300 Woodward St., made threats to “whip” a man and woman at a location on Rosalynn Court on Friday night around 6:15 p.m.
Darden was holding a pistol while making the threat.
Darden was arrested at his home Friday night and charged with two felony counts of terroristic threats and acts and a misdemeanor count of reckless conduct.
