A Rome woman was being held in jail on a $3,500 bond late Thursday after she allegedly broke out two windows of the victim’s home and all but one window on the victim’s vehicle.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
Chelsey Kristina Edwards, 26, of 3802 Morton Bend Road, is charged with felony second-degree criminal damage to property after she used a softball bat to break out the windows at 306 Woodward Ave. on May 18.
The damage to the property exceeded $500.
Law enforcement officers say she admitted to the crime when they arrested her Wednesday.
