A Rome man remained in jail Sunday without bond after he was accused of pointing a gun at a woman, according to Floyd County Jail reports.
According to reports:
Reggie Ladell Terhune, 54, of 34 Ladell Road, was arrested Saturday night after he pointed a gun at a woman and threatened to shoot her. He was also driving in his yard while under the influence of alcohol.
After threatening the woman, Terhune went inside his house and shot the gun at the floor.
Terhune was charged with felony counts of aggravated assault and terroristic threats and acts. He was charged with misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, reckless conduct, driving under the influence, pointing a firearm at another and discharging a firearm while under the influence.
