A Rome man remained in jail Friday without bond after being accused of threatening to kill another man.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Tyler Huston Pasley, 22, of 728 Old Dalton Road, was arrested Thursday at his home after he damaged a home, pulled a knife on a man and then threatened the man several times, saying, “I’ll gut you like a fish.” He also threw a bottle filled with urine at the man. Damages to the home were valued at $500.
Pasley is charged with felony aggravated assault, criminal damage to property and terroristic threats and acts. He also is charged with misdemeanor simple battery under the Family Violence Act.
