A Rome man was in jail without bond Thursday night after being accused of threatening to kill a woman while holding a metal rod during an argument at his home.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Kurtis Montanna Greenway, 22, of 23 Conway Place, was arrested around 12:42 p.m. Thursday. He is charged with felony terroristic threats along with misdemeanor criminal trespass and third-degree cruelty to children. The woman’s daughter witnessed the argument and subsequent threats.
Greenway also slammed the rod on the hood of broken-down car and used it to break a lamp post in the front yard.
