A Rome man was in jail without bond Sunday after being accused of threatening to kill a woman and her family, and also said he would cut the victim’s baby out of her stomach.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Ismael Ambriz Guzman, 21, of 105 Dellwood Drive, threatened to kill a woman and her family on July 15. Guzman also punched the woman in her face while a child was present and cut a tire on the her car. He was arrested on Sunday and is facing a felony charge of terroristic threats and acts. He is additionally charged with misdemeanor simple battery, third-degree cruelty to children, and criminal trespass.
