A Cartersville man was in jail without bond Tuesday after being accused of hiding from police in a building at a Cave Spring residence, while officers attempted to arrest him on a felony burglary warrant.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Jason Brian Harbin, 37, of 434 W. Main St., Cartersville, was arrested around 6:50 p.m. Monday at 17 Fannin St. in Cave Spring. On Aug. 28, he took $225 from the cash register of a convenience store at 19 Cedartown Road in Cave Spring, according to a warrant.
He is charged with felony first-degree burglary and misdemeanor willful obstruction of law enforcement officers.
