A Rome man was in jail without bond Friday night after being accused of grabbing a woman and a child by their arms, leaving marks and injuries on them.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Gryphon Michael Graham, 20, of 10 Butler Circle, was arrested around noon Friday at Waffle House, 1601 Shorter Ave., about 15 minutes after he grabbed the woman and child. The woman was grabbed by him in front of the child.
Graham is charged with felony cruelty to children in the second degree and misdemeanor battery. Both charges fall under the Family Violence Act.
