Report: Man facing exploitation charge after using an elderly woman’s credit card information

A Rome man is accused of using a 67-year-old woman’s Mastercard information to buy a computer from QVC.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Tony Michael Loyal, 55, of 24A Wood Creek Way, was arrested Saturday and charged with the felonies exploitation of an elderly adult and financial transaction card fraud.

Loyal reportedly used the woman’ credit card information to pay $111.93 for a laptop from the home shopping show. He had the item delivered to the victim’s house and tried to pick it up there.
