A Rome man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly violating a temporary protective order by calling the victim over 250 times.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Jimmy Lee Brown Jr., 50, of 225 Stonewall St. NE, called a person at least 250 times between May 8 and June 12 with the purpose to harass and intimidate the victim.
Brown is charged with five felony counts of aggravated stalking.
He is being held without bond at the Floyd County Jail.
