A Floyd County Prison inmate accused of having loose tobacco in his cell was in jail Wednesday night without bond.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
Graham Robinson Lynch III, 42, of 2090 Hampton Trail, was arrested on a warrant charging him with felony possession of contraband by an inmate.
Lynch had over 400 grams of tobacco hidden in his locker box on June 17 while he was an inmate at the prison on Black's Bluff Road. A pack of cigarettes typically contains about 12.5 grams of tobacco.
