A Polk County man was arrested in Rome early Thursday morning after allegedly resisting officers, then making threats against them at a location in North Rome.
According to Floyd county Jail reports:
Roderick Dejuan Stocks, 39, of 222 Gordon Street in Rockmart was ap-proached by police at the corner of Harvey Street and Copeland Avenue in North Rome just before 3 a.m. Thursday.
He resisted an officer, refused to give his name and date of birth and made threats against the two city police patrol officers.
Stocks was charged with three counts of felony terroristic threats and misdemeanors for obstruction, disorderly conduct and simple assault.
