Police: Woman made threat with knife

A Cartersville woman remained in jail Wednesday with no bond set on assault charges.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Michelle Antoinette Passwaters, 28, of 63 Mercer Lane, Cartersville, was arrested Tuesday at O’Reilly Auto Parts, 1607 Shorter Ave., and charged with felony aggravated assault.

She opened a pocket knife “in a threatening manner” and demanded that the victim get in a car.
