A Rome man was being held on a $3,900 bond Saturday after police say he threatened to shoot someone, reports stated.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Christopher Gilstrap, 41, of 208 Turner Bend Road, is charged with two counts of felony terroristic threats and acts and misdemeanor criminal trespass and simple battery.
He allegedly entered the victim’s property and tried to pull her out of the swing.
Gilstrap was later arrested at his home.
On the way to the Floyd County Jail on Friday night, he threatened the arresting officer several times.
