A Rome man reportedly arrested with powder cocaine was in jail Sunday night without bond.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
Alfonza Zeke Perkins, 38, of 400 McDonald St. NW, Apt. 3, had powder cocaine in his watch pocket when police arrested him at around 4 a.m. Sunday at the Circle K convenience store, 1501 Martha Berry Blvd.
Perkins is charged with felony possession of cocaine and a probation violation.
