A Rome man was arrested Thursday after being accused of telling his roommate of more than five years he would kill him several times during a fight.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Rodney Lecel Griffin, 48, of 108 Burnett St., was arrested around 8:49 p.m. Thursday and charged with felony terroristic threats and acts along with misdemeanor battery. Both these charges are under the Family Violence Act. At his home, Griffin took the man to the ground and punched him.
He was released from jail Friday on a $5,700 bond.
