A Lindale man remained in jail Friday without bond after being accused of stalking a woman.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Michael Wayne Huskins, 41, of Lindale, was arrested Friday on warrants stating that from Dec. 6 through Dec. 30 he continuously called the victim’s cellphone, left voice mail messages and sent text messages. A recording of the voice mail messages is one hour and 20 minutes long. The victim also found a handwritten note on her property.
One of the text messages stated that he would not stop until the victim was “back in his arms.”
Huskins is charged with felony aggravated stalking and a probation violation.
