A Rome man was being held without bond Monday night after he allegedly broke the windshield of a woman’s car while she was inside of it.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Jonathan Ty Davis, 30, of 30 Bollen Court, violated a conditional bond against having contact with the victim when he jumped on the hood of her car and used his fist to shatter the windshield while she was inside.
Warrants state the incident, which occurred on Dec. 26, also included Davis punching the driver’s side window while yelling at the woman.
Davis is charged with felony aggravated stalking, and misdemeanor simple assault.
