A Rome man wanted for making threats was found with suspected drugs during his Monday arrest, Floyd County Jail reports state.

Travis William Maner Jr., 44, of 60 Parris Lane, faces charges of terroristic threats and acts and possession of methamphetamine, records state.

According to jail reports:

Maner on Thursday told a witness that he needed to bring a 12-gauge shotgun and “blow” a Menlo man’s head off. Maner also said that if he had a shotgun he’d like to “blow” someone’s head off, though he mentioned no name.

Maner was wanted on those accusations when Floyd County police found him at 10:10 a.m. Monday on Riverside Parkway. At that time, Maner had suspected meth on him.

Maner had no bond Monday night.
