A Rome man was in jail Thursday after being accused of holding a woman against her will, reports stated.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
Fidel Lopez Castillo, 56, of 131 Drummond Drive, is charged with felony false imprisonment and the misdemeanors willful obstruction of law enforcement and battery.
Castillo is accused of holding his victim down in a chair and not letting her leave the house. He also resisted arrest when the officers tried to handcuff him.
He was being held without bond on Thursday.
