A Floyd County man was being held without bond Wednesday after police say he violated a restraining order by entering the victims’ home and preventing them from leaving, reports stated.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Raymond Ike Turley Jr., 41, of 453 Fulton Road, is charged with two counts of felony terroristic threats and acts, kidnapping, false imprisonment, aggravated assault and aggravated stalking.
He allegedly entered the victims’ home around 8 a.m. Tuesday and choked the victims before physically preventing them from leaving the home.
Turley is also charged with two counts of misdemeanor battery and contempt of Superior Court.
