Cedartown man accused of having crack cocaine on East Main Street

A Cedartown man remained in jail Wednesday without bond after being accused of having crack cocaine.

According to Floyd County Jail reports:

Brett Ronald Johnson, 26, of 554 Huntington Road, was arrested Wednesday at 10:05 a.m. on East Main Street after the car he was a passenger in was stopped for having a cracked windshield.

Police found crack cocaine and marijuana in the car and Johnson said the drugs belonged to him.

Johnson is charged with felony possession of crack cocaine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
