An Aragon man was in jail without bond Tuesday after being accused of selling marijuana and cocaine to cooperating witnesses on two occasions.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Hayden Joseph Cook, 21, of 88 Carey Lane, Aragon, was arrested Monday.
The drug sales to a cooperating witness occurred at 220A Hennon Drive in Rome. On July 7, 2017, and Aug. 28, 2017, he sold marijuana and cocaine to a cooperating witness.
He is charged with felony sale of cocaine, two counts possession of cocaine, and six counts purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana.
