Authorities in Rome and Floyd County have arrested another suspect in connection with a Racketeer Influenced and Organization prosecution of individuals involved in a widespread burglary ring.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Horace Jenkins, 27, of 2765 Cherry Laurel Lane, Atlanta, was arrested on the RICO charge for his involvement in a smash and grab burglary at a store on Alabama Highway on Oct. 8 of 2016. The warrant alleges he was involved in several other similar crimes as part of a gang that operated out of the Oakland City section of Atlanta.
Jenkins is being held in the Floyd County jail without bond.
