Darlington announces college scholarships

The Darlington School College Guidance Office is pleased to announce the first college scholarships of the year:

Grace Hurley has earned an $18,000 Academic Excellence Scholarship and a $30,000 Academic Excellence Non-Resident Scholarship, both from the University of Alabama. She is the daughter of Jaime and Barry Hurley of Ft. Payne, Alabama, and Jody Hurley of Rome.

Gabby Jones has earned a $51,000 Presidential Scholarship and a $12,000 Residential Honors Scholarship from Hawaii Pacific University. She is the daughter of Kim and Chris Jones of Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Maddie Sabourin has earned a $20,000 scholarship from Young Harris and a $92,000 scholarship from Troy University. She is the daughter of Amie and Tom Sabourin of Rome.

Nolan Wilson has earned a $76,000 UA Scholar Scholarship from the University of Alabama as well as a $13,340 Tiger Nation Scholarship and a $30,400 Excellence Scholars Non-Resident Award, both from Louisiana State University. He is the son of Anne Paige Wilson of Rome and Scott Wilson of Rome.
