Kristi Kathleen Buice and James Matthew Brigman were married at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017 at Morris Chapel, Darlington School.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard David Buice of Rome. The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. James Amos Brigman, Jr. of Atlanta.
The bride is the granddaughter of Mrs. James Aaron Formby of Rome, the late Mr. James Aaron Formby, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Linden Buice, of Chattanooga, Tennessee. The groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter W. Gunhouse of Atlanta and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Amos Brigman of Atlanta.
The Reverend Catherine Boothe of Northside United Methodist Church of Atlanta performed the double-ring ceremony. A scripture reading was given by Lauren Olson Nilan of Atlanta.
The matron of honor was Elizabeth Buice McGehee of Rome, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Katherine Brigman of Atlanta, sister of the groom; Ginger Evans of Tupelo, Mississippi; Allyson Herbst of Westchester, New York; Rebekah Anne Parker of Rome; Fatema Salehbhai of Rome; Kristen Rachels of Memphis, Tennessee and Elizabeth Woodward of Wrens.
The best man was Glenn Brigman of Atlanta, brother of the groom. The groomsmen were Charles Davidson IV, Thomas Grantham, Alfred Martin IV, Daniel Stevenson and Charles Wilson III, all of Atlanta; Robert Mason V of Charlotte, North Carolina; Clark McGehee of Rome.
After a wedding trip to France and Italy, the couple are residing in Atlanta.
