Robert Daniel Baker of Cedartown and Beth Hurley Baker of Cedar Bluff, Alabama, announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Danielle Baker of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, to Kyle Whitfield Wilson of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, son of Dr. and Mrs. Myron Jay Wilson of Centre, Alabama.
The bride-elect is a 2011 graduate of Darlington School and debuted with the Rome Symphony Orchestra in 2012. She graduated from the University of Alabama in 2015 Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and is currently enrolled at the University of Alabama’s School of Business graduate program. Throughout her college career, Dani was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority.
Miss Baker is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Marvin Hurley, Sr. of Gaylesville, Alabama, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lee Baker.
The groom-elect is a 2006 graduate of Cherokee County High School. He graduated from the University of Alabama in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is currently employed by U.S. Pipe as a Project Manager.
Wilson is the brother of Katelyn Elizabeth Wilson of Centre, Alabama. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. S. J. Wilson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jodie Crews, Sr.
The wedding ceremony is planned for Saturday, May 21, 2016 in Rome.
