Berry College will host baritone opera singer for concert

Actor and operatic singer Christopher Holloway is the opening performer for this year’s Berry College Concert Series which begins at 7:30 p.m. Thursday (Sept. 29) in the Ford Auditorium.

Holloway is a highly sought after performer who has taken the stage with more than 13 distinguished companies and has played notable roles such as Mercutio in “Romeo et Juliette” and Count Almaviva in “Le Nozze di Figaro.” He teaches at the University of South Florida and has advanced degrees from The Shepherd School of Music at Rice University and Florida Southern College.

The event is free and open to the public.
